Using this website

You are welcome to browse, save and print pages of this site for your own project. Everything else — copying it, republishing it, scraping it, or using our photographs, renders or copy in your own material — needs our written permission first.

We keep the site accurate, but a website is not a quotation. Prices, availability, ranges and lead times change; nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance. Colours and finishes shown on a screen are an approximation. See the real door, the real worktop and the real tile in the showroom before you decide.

Links to suppliers and brands are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what is on them.

Showroom consultations

A design consultation at the showroom is free and carries no obligation. It runs about an hour and is by appointment, so that a designer and the room you care about are both available when you arrive. Book by phone on 046 907 9944 or through the enquiry form.

If you cannot make an appointment, please tell us — a call takes a minute and gives the slot to somebody else. Bring measurements, a floor plan, photographs, or nothing at all; we can work from any of them, and we will tell you what else we need.

Quotations

A written quotation is valid for 30 days from its date unless it says otherwise on its face. After that we will re-price it, because material and appliance costs move. A quotation covers what is listed on it and nothing more: work discovered on site, changes you ask for after the design is signed off, and anything supplied by another trade are priced separately and agreed with you before we proceed.

Orders, deposits and installation

Orders are governed by the written contract you sign with us, not by this page. That contract sets out the specification, the price, the deposit, the payment stages, the delivery and installation dates, and the cancellation terms. Where anything here and the signed contract disagree, the contract wins.

Furniture is made to your measurements and your chosen finishes, so it is a bespoke order. Once a bespoke order is in production it cannot be cancelled or returned, and the statutory cooling-off period for distance and off-premises contracts does not apply to goods made to your specification. Nothing here affects your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.

Manufacturer guarantees on cabinetry, appliances and sanitaryware are passed to you in full. Our own workmanship is guaranteed as stated in your contract.

Designs, drawings and renders

The intellectual property in every plan, elevation, 3D model, render and VR walkthrough we produce for you remains ours until the work is paid for in full. Until then they are shared with you for the purpose of considering our proposal — please do not pass them to another supplier to price or to build. Once your project is paid in full, you may keep and use the drawings for your own home.

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio. We will ask you first, and we will not identify your address.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from this website, are governed by the law of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
